We were invited to present STATE at Europe’s biggest congress for medieval studies. The special thematic strand of this year’s International Medieval Congress is “Pleasure”. Our session was “Digital Pleasures, V: Automated Text Recognition, Text Annotation, and Scholarly Edition in the 21st Century”.

During the conference, we agreed to start a collaboration by visiting the LIRIS institution at Lyon from 21 to 25 July.
