- 4TIC Castellón 2009 S. L.: 4TIC is a company that offers services and develops applications for electronic administration to municipal councils. The current version of the STATE system is already being exploited by the company.
- Fujitsu S. A.: It is one of the main manufacturers of Tablet PC. They are interested in practical applications of pen-based computing.
- Instituto Tecnológico de Informática (ITI).
- Centre de Visió per Computador (CVC).
- Taller Digital de Establecimiento de Textos Literarios y Científicos S. A.: It is a technological company born in the Universidad de Alicante. They rule the well-known Biblioteca Virtual Miguel de Cervantes, the main public digital archive of Spanish culture. Their main objective is to digitize and publish on the web modern and ancient books. The current version of the STATE system is already being exploited by them.
- Dirección del Archivo General de la Universidad de Guanajuato, México: It is the institution that manages the Archive Documents of Guanajuato.
- MUSTE: Research Group for Multidimensional Corpus-Based Studies in English: The current version of the STATE system is just being exploited by them.
- IULMA: Instituto Interuniversitario de Lenguas Modernas Aplicadas de la Comunitat Valenciana.
