Authors of accepted abstracts should provide a camera-ready copy of their papers (6,000 words) and posters (2,000 words) by February 10th, 2017. Compliance with the given deadline, guidelines and registration procedure will ensure that accepted proposals are included in the e-proceedings, subject to any necessary modifications.
Templates in English, Catalan and Spanish have been developed for the authors who need to prepare a camera-ready version of their submission accepted for publication at ITIC11. EndNote styles to use with English, Catalan, and Spanish texts have also been developed. Authors are kindly asked to conform to all the directions reported in the templates relevant to their language and to use the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) to submit their final texts. Please ensure your texts have been proof-read and stick to the guidelines provided. Please contact the organizers should you need further help with the process. We will be able to assist you depending on staff availability and inquiries received, which should be generally within a week.
