O la desminorizaci\u00f3n como derecho\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Raquel Sanz Moreno, Universidad de Valencia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El presente trabajo ofrece una reflexi\u00f3n en torno a la audiodescripci\u00f3n como garant\u00eda de acceso a la cultura del colectivo de personas con discapacidad visual. Despu\u00e9s de revisar la legislaci\u00f3n internacional, europea y nacional sobre accesibilidad, repasaremos la situaci\u00f3n actual de la audiodescripci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a respecto a los usuarios, y sobre todo respecto a la labor del descriptor. Su funci\u00f3n es tan esencial como compleja: no solo se trata del intermediario privilegiado entre el producto audiovisual que va a describir y el discapacitado visual, sino que, adem\u00e1s, dada su posici\u00f3n, posee un profundo conocimiento de la discapacidad y de la ceguera, as\u00ed como de las necesidades y expectativas de este colectivo. Gracias a \u00e9l, las personas con discapacidad visual no solo acceden a los productos culturales sino que tienen la posibilidad de disfrutarlos en las mismas condiciones y al mismo tiempo que las personas normovidentes. Por lo tanto, su labor consiste esencialmente en facilitar la integraci\u00f3n de esta minor\u00eda con discapacidad visual en la sociedad de forma participativa y activa.
