Dear colleagues,

We hope this message finds you well. The summer holidays are approaching and we want you to consider a couple of issues related to the Traductio et Traditio conference before the academic year concludes.

To begin with, we kindly ask you to fill in the  questionnaire you have received by e-mail regarding the conference dinner and bus.

In relation to this, we would like to remind you that a bus will be at your disposal in order to make the trip to and from Peníscola for the conference. The bus will depart from Castelló’s Intermodal Station on the 20th of September at 6 pm. The return trip will be made from the Porta de la Ciutat Vella on the 23rd of September at 3 pm.

As regards the conference dinner, it is scheduled for Friday 22nd at 8.45 pm. This event will take place in Mandarina and the price is 50€. In order to facilitate the payment, we will ask you to hand in the 50€ in cash at the registration table on September 21st. You can see the menu on this website.

We also take this opportunity to announce that an edited volume will be published with the contributions to this conference. Thus we are opening a call for contributions to those who are interested in sending their manuscript. All the contributions must comply with the guidelines attached.

The deadline to send the manuscripts is 25th October 2023, but submissions can be sent as soon as the Conference ends to facilitate the revision process. We are aware of the narrow margin that this supposes but we are constrained by financial reasons. On a positive note, this means that the volume is expected to be released before March 2024.
